I'm a 26 year old nurse who absolutely loves being active! From many different work experiences I have witnessed first hand the effects of poor nutrition and lack of physical activity! It is very sad to see the many conditions that a person can develop from lack of exercise and good nutrition. I try to maintain an optimal level of health and well being for myself so that I can legitimately encourage and promote the same in my patients' lives!
