Chandel was born and raised in Southeast Georgia in small towns. She was never afraid to get dirty and play with the boys, but she liked play with her barbies and dress up She has wanted to be a model since she was 14. She was asked come to Jacksonville, Florida to audition at John Casablanca's school. She was accepted, but her Dad could not afford the fee that cost to attend the school. She decided when she got old enough to have job, and she could pay for it she would go back. In school, dedicated all of her time to her favorite sport tennis.

Her senior year, she went to take her senior pictures for the school out at a park, there was a photographer there who photographed for a modeling agency located St. Augustine, Florida. He liked her look and told her she should come down to do shoot and see how it goes. That's when she decided to really pursue modeling as her dream career.

Since August of 2008, she has been striving to achieve her dream and of being a professional model. She's dedicated a lot of her time to it, she does it all alone. Her Mama and Dad can't help her with it nor travel her. So she is on a bound and determined path to prove to the world she can be the next biggest supermodel next to Allesandra Ambrosio (her role Adriana Lima, Marisa Miller, Gisele Bundchen, and Tyra Banks.
