"BIOGRAPHY OF CAROL MEDINA"

Carol Medina is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nationally Qualified Figure Competitor, Fitness Model, and a mother and wife. As a Personal Trainer and Coach, I take pride and enjoy helping men and women that frustrated, confused, and sick of the unhealthy out of shape lifestyle they've been living. I'm very serious when it comes to changing a person’s overall physical appearance and applying a variety of cutting edge techniques to help my clients attain all their goals. Most importantly, I motivate and teach my clients how to change their lifestyle and eating habits for life!

As a mother and wife, I am faced with many responsibilities, new experiences, and daily stress of taking care of my family with day to day duties, emotionally, and making sure to spare some quality time. I have always turned to fitness as a means of taking care of myself and help me deal with the stresses day to day life brings. I believe that by taking care of myself, making sure I'm healthy, happy, and with mental ease, I can take better care of my loved ones. Being healthy, feeling great and accomplishing goals is what I love about being fit.

As a NPC Nationally Qualified Figure Competitor, I have dreams and aspirations of turning Pro. I will be competing Internationally and proudly represent my country, Peru.

Currently, I have an independent personal training business. My prerogative is to help others find the feeling of "Well Being" and make changes to their lifestyles so that they can improve their overall life and health in all aspects of life.
