Meal#2:8oz lean Meat with 8oz Veggies

Meal#3: 8oz Lean Meat with 4-6oz Starchy Carbs and 6-8oz Veggies

Meal#4: 8oz Lean Meat and 6-8oz Green Beans/Veggies

Meal#5: 8oz Lean Meat with 6-8oz veggies

Meal#6: Post-workout 8oz Lean meat with 4-6oz starchy Carbs.

My meals are usually 2-3 hours apart.This is definately the way to feed your muscles,
watch your hard work pays off when you eat and watch your strength and size increase
from simple cheap foods.

Meal# 1: 1.5 cups oatmeal and 6egg whites and 2whole eggs

Meal#2: 6-8oz Ground beef with 6slices wheat bread

Meal#3: 2cups Brown Rice 6-8oz Ground beef or Lean meat with 1cup Veggies

Meal #4: Post-workout Protein shake 12oz of Body Fortress Whey

Meal#5: 4 Cashew Butter Sanwiches with Turkey Breast

Meal#6: 8-10oz Sweet potatoes and 8oz Meat

Meal#7: Same as meal# 2 if necessary

This is my workout routine that I used to rebuild my body.I started training again,December,1st,2011 and I started progressing in 2weeks with this training regiment I came with.I call my workout routine,R.E.C.O.N.S.T.R.U.C.T.I.ON
because the training defines the word.

This is my 2nd year of doing this 21days cutting phase,I breakdown my body for 21 days with running and weight lifting with light weights.On day 22 thats when I start my 2weeks of Pre-rebuilding Phase and it's consist of getting my weight training forms right and executing my techniques during my Building or Bulking Phase.This year my training was different based on the Changes in my life,due to being homeless and unstability my training regiment went back and forth and my
nutrition changed.My diet was basically Wheat bread and Turkey Breast,with Pears,Apples and Blackberries,and the reason behind this is basically because I was using a cooler as my refrigerator living out of my vehicle and sometimes sleeping in a extra room at my friend house.I used Oxyelite as my supplement and fruits for recovery.
