This is my workout routine that I used to rebuild my body.I started training again,December,1st,2011 and I started progressing in 2weeks with this training regiment I came with.I call my workout routine,R.E.C.O.N.S.T.R.U.C.T.I.ON
because the training defines the word.
This is my 2nd year of doing this 21days cutting phase,I breakdown my body for 21 days with running and weight lifting with light weights.On day 22 thats when I start my 2weeks of Pre-rebuilding Phase and it's consist of getting my weight training forms right and executing my techniques during my Building or Bulking Phase.This year my training was different based on the Changes in my life,due to being homeless and unstability my training regiment went back and forth and my
nutrition changed.My diet was basically Wheat bread and Turkey Breast,with Pears,Apples and Blackberries,and the reason behind this is basically because I was using a cooler as my refrigerator living out of my vehicle and sometimes sleeping in a extra room at my friend house.I used Oxyelite as my supplement and fruits for recovery.
