I have always been very into sports which lead to me getting very interested in bodybuilding at a young age. That led to me reading a lot of fitness magazines. My desire to be in these magazines is what led to my interest in fitness modeling. I train 6 days a week and diet year round, really because I just enjoy being in shape, but that also works out well because any time a project comes along I am always in shape for it. Due to my strict training program I will always be in as good or better shape than any photo you see of me on here.
I have been published in I believe 7 national fitness magazines layouts such as Muscle and Fitness, Flex, Mens Exercise, Mens Workout and World Physique. Also write and appear in several health and fitness columns all over the internet. I also appear regularly and am consistantly ranked in the top five on AllAmericanGuys.com. I got my start in modeling by appearing on a national telelvision show called Big Man on Campus which aired on the WB network in 2004. I am also the cover model and regular fitness blogger for MaleFitnessModels.net and am set to appear in the 2011 Masculine calendar by Michael Anthony Downs.
