I've always been into working out, staying active, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, my degree in Kinesiology allowed me to understand how to manipulate my diet and workout regimen and lead me to pursue my fitness goals. I am a Personal Trainer in the Massachusetts region and love to help people get their results and help them be better at being themselves.
