What photos are accepted
Naturally each photo has to be you and preferably recently taken. Please note that artisic nudity is allowed, if marked as adult but sexually explicit content is expressly not allowed on this site. Any photo deemed to be sexually explicit will be removed and your profile may be deleted. File extension and size Make sure that you use the original resolution or a high resolution version but also try to keep the file size under 2MB. Accepted file types are 'jpg'/'jpeg' (preferred), 'tif'/'tiff', 'bmp', and 'png'. Headshot and Mainshot The Headshot is used for the public FittestMale Profile indexes. The Mainshot type is a bit larger than the Headshot and used on top of your online Profile. Both of these image types end up square so if you would upload a rectangle shaped photo it will be cropped -- towards the center. Snapshots Basic users have the possibility to add up to 8 snapshots to their profile. Models can add up to 32 snapshots. Portfolios Models have the opportunity to submit Portfolios with professional photos for which they are getting paid, once approved. What can I write in my About This section is intended to let people know something about you and your interest in fitness. Please do not give your full name and you should not give links to other websites. More information? If you bump into problems or have questions, please contact the Webmaster. 03. Trouble Shooting

This site is about health, fitness and keeping an athletic physique, it is not a porn site. The internet has enough of those already! 08. Competitions
There are two types of competitions
1. Requires you to upload individual snapshots 2. Requires you to upload a number of portfolios Before you enter a competition you will need to either upload some snapshots or create a portfolio. Once you are logged in, click on the My Account link in the top right of the screen. You will be taken straight away to the screen where you can add snapshots, by pressing the browse button beside the add photo box. If however you are required to upload a whole portfolio then under the Edit Profile Tab, select the far right option called Portfolios You can then select Add Portfolios and follow the on screen instructions. Once the portfolio is created you will need to click the edit link beside it and add some photos. Please note that you must have at least 4 photos in your portfolio before it can be published. Now that you have a portfolio you can use it to enter a competition. You will notice at the bottom of each competition page you have the ability to add selected portfolios to the competition. It varies!
Some will be simply based on the number of votes you have received, others on a panel of judges and there are other ways too. Please read the competition that will give you full details of the process. Firstly, if you win, Congratulations!
