Drag the following link to your Home button.

Go to Safari's Preferences, click on General and enter in the Home Page field:

Then close the Preferences dialog by clicking the red circle/x located in the top left hand corner of the box.

Opera

Go to Opera's Preferences, click on the General tab and enter in the Home Page field:

Then click 'Ok'.
